Full time running and management of the Consulting firm as an architect. Responsibility ranged from preparing feasibility reports, to development of programmes on design elements, designing preliminary proposal for client approval, development of proposed designs, co- ordination between services, preparation of final construction drawings and documents( Tender Items, specifications and BOQ), supervising construction at site and being responsible for the supervision of other design personnel both for top supervision and for full time on site supervision. The job includes managing the regular business of the firm’s activities, and in guiding the respective design personnel, both employed architects and design engineer to successful completion working drawings and the projects.
